My name is Jen Krein and I am an ICF approved certified life coach through CTA (Coach Training Alliance). I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means that I am committed to ethical standards of practice. I made an intentional choice to work with young women with ADHD to support them in attaining self-acceptance and empowerment. I see how ADHD impacts, and how it can cause women to beat themselves up. While I myself don't have ADHD, my husband and oldest daughter do. They have taught me a lot, including what kind of support someone with ADHD needs. As a family we have travelled the ADHD road together. It has impacted each of us and we have all grown and adapted through the process. We learned that even though we are individuals, we all play a role in the success of our family, and each other.
Jen is here to help you meet your full potential, embrace your brilliance, and create a life filled with purpose and joy. Whether you are seeking strategies for time management, focus, or self-acceptance, she's your ally in the journey towards self discovery and growth. Let her shine a light on the brilliance that is you.
Several years ago, my oldest daughter was diagnosed with Inattentive-type ADHD. Seeing the effect that her ADHD had on her self-esteem, I worked diligently alongside her to understand her individual struggles and to help her confidently navigate the world around her, while bringing her uniqueness to the world.
I have a clear understanding of what ADHD is and how it affects individuals, and it is my goal as a life coach to help young women with ADHD be comfortable and confident with who they are.
My goal is to work with you to attain self-acceptance and empowerment. When you can be comfortable with yourself, you will have no doubt about how amazing you are!
As a professionally trained life coach with ADHD experience, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.
Committing to a healthier outlook is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support.
