Coaching is a co-creative experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want. Each time we meet we will talk through whatever it is that you are struggling with. Sometimes that means we start first with acceptance of the who you are, and the way your unique brain functions. I will normalize your experience through education. We will figure out how to help you be your true self, without having to compromise or work to fit in to societies expectations of how things should be done. I work within a neurodiversity affirming approach to ADHD.
